1. Quote requests

Submitting measurements, a fence plan, or a material request does not create an order, contract, or obligation to purchase. All prices, quantities, availability, taxes, delivery options, and lead times remain subject to written confirmation by Garden for Less LLC.

2. Customer measurements

Measurements and project details submitted through this website are provided by the customer. Website calculations and material counts are planning estimates only. Customers should verify field measurements, property lines, post locations, gates, slopes, permits, utility locations, and applicable codes before purchasing or installing materials.

3. Products and installation

Product colors, dimensions, appearance, packaging, and specifications may vary slightly. Installation is not included unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Product suitability and final quantities must be confirmed for the actual site.

4. Manufacturer warranties

Where a product is covered by a written warranty issued by its manufacturer, that warranty is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to the manufacturer's coverage, duration, exclusions, proof-of-purchase requirements, claim procedures, and available remedies. Garden for Less does not create, extend, or provide a separate product warranty unless we expressly agree to one in writing.

We may assist a customer with manufacturer contact information or a warranty claim as a courtesy, but the manufacturer determines whether its warranty applies and what remedy it provides. Damage or failure caused by improper installation, storage, handling, alteration, misuse, lack of maintenance, normal wear, site conditions, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions may not be covered, subject to the manufacturer's warranty and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable federal or California law.

5. Pricing, orders, delivery, and returns

A final invoice or written order confirmation controls over website information or preliminary estimates. Prices and availability may change before confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates unless guaranteed in writing. Return, cancellation, warranty, or special-order terms provided on the final invoice or at purchase apply to that transaction.

6. Website use

Website content is general product and planning information. To the extent permitted by law, Garden for Less is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on unverified customer measurements, preliminary calculations, third-party links, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in San Diego County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
